350 4bb 8 cyl Engine – Questions?
Ok, I’m 16 yrs old and i’ve really striked an interest in old cars. I’ve been doing a lot of research on the as well. Right now I’m saving my money for a 69 chevy nova. but i have a few questions.
1. On the 350 engine I’ve read that it can have anywhere from 145-360 HP, so if a plane 350 engine is in a 69 chevy nova then would it be around 145 hp?
2. Can different transmissions make a 350 have more horsepower? or not?
3. Whats the max horsepower without going below 23 mpg?
4. Has anyone ever sprayed the RHINO bedding under the wheel wells to prevent rust? Any other Ideas? I wont drive it in these midwest winter but I would like this car to last a long time?
I don’t believe you will get even 23mpg.
Back then, gas was cheap and the cars like this were getting maybe 18mpg if you drove sanely.

Talent tree selection is of great importance to all Mages. For both PVE and PVP, talent point allocation will greatly impact the success of your mage character. Redoing talents can get costly, so spending some time doing research will be worthwhile, allowing you to build your mage correctly from the start. It is a good idea for mages to pick a single tree to focus on, with extra points being spent sparingly in a secondary tree. With Mages, it is important not to spread your points out evenly over different trees as this will weaken your character’s build. It’s best to select a single tree to specialize in, devoting the majority of your points in the selected tree.
1. The Frost Mage
This is perhaps the most widely used build for Mages, for several reasons. The frost mage is a formidable build, with the ability to function with less mana burn, coupled with some nice mob-controlling abilities.
Some key frost mage talents are listed below.
-Improved Frost Bolt – Frost bolt will be one of your main weapons, so max this out early.
-Icy Shards and Shatter – Anything that increases your damange or critical strike chances is a good thing, and these two talents are ones you should not go without.
-Arctic Reach – This will make your frost novas more effective by increasing the range.
-Ice Floes
-Frost Channeling – This will minimize your downtime.
-Any 1-point Talent – Icy Veins and Cold Snap are two 1-point talents you should get early on.
2. The Fire Mage
Fire Mages are also popular, especially at lower levels since the DPS is high. However, expect to have more downtime since mana depletion is high for this build.
Important Fire Mage talents are listed below.
-Incineration
-Improved Fire Blast – This will help you take down enemies faster by reducing cool down time.
-Critical Mass
-Pyromaniac
-Burnout
-Ignite
-Any 1-point Talent
3. The Arcane Mage
Very few players will specialize in the arcane tree. In general, your talent points will serve you better if you use them for the frost or fire tree, so unless you are looking for a special challenge, picking the arcane tree to specialize in would not be a good idea.

Is a 250 Virago fine for city driving and some short highway stints?
I am a female… only 5’1.5″ (had to get that .5 in there) I have had my bike license for 15 yrs. I used to own a Suzuki Savage 650 but I have not ridden in about 5 years now. With the prices of gas soaring lately here in nova scotia, I decided to look at bikes again. I came across a 2007 Virago 250 with almost no km’s on it and in pretty much brand new condition, for a very low price. I read that the 250 virago is geared high, compared to the vstar 650 which is geared low so the max speeds are about the same. Now, with me being pretty small anyway, will this bike do me to get to and from work, and the ocassional weekend ride (using secondary highways and/or short stints on the reg highway)?
Yes I think it would be perfect for you. I am also 5’1 and a half and female I have rode a Virago and think they are a lovely bike.They suit our size very well. They handle great and very comfie for long or short rides. Good luck with it and stay safe.
